Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and products (collectively, the "Services") provided by GETEXITS Inc. ("GETEXITS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

GETEXITS provides a managed exit service. Upon execution of a paid exit, your account is permanently terminated, your device is fingerprinted, and you are permanently banned from re-registration. This action is irreversible.

Free trial accounts are valid for 7 days. Trial accounts do not result in a permanent exit. No certificate of exit is issued for trial accounts.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, initiating a free trial, or completing a paid exit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Permanent Exit and Non-Reversibility

Upon completion of a paid exit ($39 Exit or $99 Ceremonial Exit), the following actions are executed immediately and permanently:

• Your account is permanently terminated
• Your email address is hashed and stored to prevent re-registration
• Your payment method fingerprint is stored to prevent re-registration
• Your device fingerprint is stored to prevent re-registration
• All communications from GETEXITS are terminated, except for the final exit confirmation email

This action is permanent and non-reversible. There is no reactivation process. There is no appeal. There is no account recovery. There is no cooling-off period.

Refunds

GETEXITS does not offer refunds. The service has been fully rendered upon execution of your exit. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you understand the permanent and non-reversible nature of this action.

Breach of Exit Agreement

By completing a paid exit, you enter into a binding exit agreement with GETEXITS Inc. This agreement prohibits any subsequent attempt to register, access, or use the Services under any identity, device, email address, or payment method.

Any attempt to circumvent, reverse, or otherwise breach your exit agreement — including but not limited to re-registration under a new identity, use of a third-party payment method, or access via an unregistered device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of a confirmed breach, GETEXITS Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of liquidated damages in the amount of $999 per breach. You acknowledge that this amount represents a reasonable estimate of the harm caused by breach of the exit agreement, and not a penalty.

GETEXITS Inc. further reserves the right to publish breach records in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Free Trial Accounts

Free trial accounts are valid for 7 days from the date of signup. After expiration, your trial account and associated data remain active indefinitely. Retention communications will be sent at regular intervals unless you unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from communications does not constitute an exit. Your trial account and data remain active. The only way to complete a permanent exit is through a paid plan.

Data Retention

GETEXITS retains the following data to enforce the permanence of your exit:

• Email address (SHA-256 hash only)
• Payment method fingerprint (provided by Stripe)
• Device fingerprint (generated by FingerprintJS)
• Exit timestamp and Exit ID

This data is retained indefinitely. It is used solely to prevent re-registration and cannot be deleted. Deletion requests for exit enforcement data will not be fulfilled, as doing so would compromise the integrity of your exit.

For trial accounts that have not converted to paid exits, we retain your email address and associated account data indefinitely for the purpose of retention communications.

Communications

Trial account holders will receive retention communications at intervals specified in our drip email sequence. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Unsubscribing from communications stops emails but does not delete your account or data. To complete an exit, you must select a paid plan.

Upon completion of a paid exit, you will receive one final email containing your certificate of exit. No further communications will be sent.

Physical Artifact (Ceremonial Exit Tier)

The $99 Ceremonial Exit tier includes shipment of a physical artifact to a US address only. Shipping address is collected during checkout and is deleted after shipping confirmation. International shipping is not available.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent device fingerprinting or other enforcement measures
• Attempt to re-register after completing a paid exit
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GETEXITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
